The Democrat Party in Wisconsin is unraveling, and the reason has a name: Francesca Hong. With just weeks to go before the primary, she’s leading the pack on the left—and nobody seems more nervous about it than the Democrats themselves. They’re watching their own train wreck happen in real time. Why? Because Hong is the face of the kind of radical extremism that’s infecting their entire party.
Let’s call Hong what she is: a socialist who wants to defund the police and shut down our prisons. She’s championing an agenda straight out of Bernie Sanders’ fever dreams—good luck with that in the heartland. Crime is already out of control across the country, but Hong and her activist friends somehow think abolishing law enforcement is what Wisconsin families want. It’s insane.
Hong’s antics don’t stop at wacky policies. She recently cozied up to a known left-wing YouTuber who has made controversial anti-Israel comments. She hauled in a pile of money from this crowd—over $50,000—setting off alarms even with her own party’s Jewish leaders. One of them actually sounded the warning that Hong will “sell out” Wisconsin’s Jewish community. Even more mind-boggling, Hong called the cops on an antisemitic protest in Madison, but the DSA and the rest of the woke mob turned on her. Now, she says she regrets defending the Jewish community. It’s hard to keep up with which side she’s on, other than the far left.
The infighting here is glorious. Democrat rivals are suddenly horrified by Hong’s behavior, but let’s be honest: they created this monster by pushing their party farther and farther left. Now, national socialist kingmakers are being made at the state level, threatening to rewire Democrat politics everywhere—and the party bosses can’t stop it. They’re terrified of losing power, and for once, they’re right to be scared.
But this is about more than just party drama. Hong’s blueprint for Wisconsin is a threat to every mom, dad, and hard-working family who cherishes safety, freedom, and basic common sense. She wants a state-run grocery monopoly—what could go wrong? She wants to break up big tech and wipe away the police. She sees kids as a political “investment,” but her ideology treats parents and taxpayers as obstacles.
Here’s the ugly truth: when Democrats can’t smear a candidate with a scandal, they’re left facing the consequences of their own embrace of radicals like Hong. If this is the future of their party, God help Wisconsin. Maybe the bigger question is, why are Democrats so afraid to confront their own extremism, and just how far will they let their party fall before waking up?
