Let’s not pretend Newsom is some out-of-touch rookie. This is the governor of California—the bluest state in the nation. He’s been at the helm while California has spiraled into record homelessness, out-of-control crime, and sky-high taxes. It’s his policies that have made California a case study in liberal failure, yet he wants us to believe he’s caught off guard every time another disaster unravels on his watch. This isn’t ignorance. It’s a political strategy: Always dodge, never take blame.
America should ask itself: Is this the leadership Democrats are selling? They want a guy who ducks responsibility for his own state’s mess but is first in line to take credit when things go right. One minute he’s acting as Biden’s backup, the next he’s denying any knowledge of the mess created by Democrat policies. Let’s call it what it is—classic liberal hypocrisy.
Newsom likes to blame everyone else. It’s the “previous administration.” It’s the “system.” It’s “society’s fault.” But have you ever once heard him defend the Constitution or put American interests first? No. Instead, he’s more interested in pushing globalist agendas, making deals for the elites, and protecting his own political future. The regular American—forgotten.
The truth is, the Democrats’ so-called “rising star” is nothing more than a master of excuses. He can dodge, weave, and spin, but those tricks can’t hide the wreckage California’s radical policies have caused. Is this who you want leading the country? Someone who “didn’t know”—or just hopes you won’t notice?
