Supreme Court opens floodgates for birth tourism Trump fights back as citizenship gets sold out

The Supreme Court just handed down another slap in the face to American sovereignty. Instead of standing up for the citizens who built this country, they threw open the doors, reaffirming that anyone born on U.S. soil—no matter how they got here—gets automatic citizenship. This is an open invitation for the world to game our laws and flood our communities, all while so-called leaders in Washington stand by and do nothing.

President Trump is the only one with the guts to stand up to this insanity. He’s demanding a rehearing from the Supreme Court, and good for him. Why? Because billboards brazenly promoting “birth tourism” are popping up everywhere—especially near the Southern Border and in Mexico. Hospitals are advertising package deals for foreign mothers to come here, give birth for a fee, and walk away with a golden ticket: U.S. citizenship for their babies. It’s become a sprawling industry, raking in millions for clinics and cutting in foreign nationals looking to buy their way into America. How is this anything but a giant scam?

Liberals and their globalist media buddies act shocked—and then they shrug. But the truth is, this is exactly what they want. The more people who can skip the legal line and anchor their families here, the more voters the Democrats get. They pretend to care about “fairness” and “compassion,” while quietly encouraging shady hospitals and sketchy billboards to turn citizenship into a cheap product—just another thing sold to the highest bidder.

It’s not just a few rogue signs: this is a coordinated business model targeting America’s weaknesses. Texas officials were forced to step in after viral photos exposed these billboards—written in both English and Spanish—promoting “birth packages” like an all-inclusive vacation. They even listed the prices, almost daring people to come take advantage. And before the media swooped in, these “birth tourism” outfits operated in broad daylight, right under the noses of authorities.

Americans have a right to be furious. The Supreme Court’s decision isn’t just wrong; it’s dangerous. It threatens to unravel the entire idea of national citizenship itself. If every family on earth can scheme their way into the United States just by paying for a hospital stay, what’s left of being American? President Trump understands what’s at stake, even if the elites and their left-wing cronies refuse to admit the truth.

At the end of the day, citizenship should not be for sale. Do we really want a country where legality is optional, and the American dream goes to whoever has the cash? Maybe it’s time the Supreme Court remembered who they’re supposed to protect—or is that too much to ask from the black-robed bureaucracy these days?
