It’s not hard to see why Democrats are obsessed with labeling masculinity as “toxic”—just look at the men they prop up as leaders. The Left keeps trying to lecture America about the dangers of men, yet time and time again, their own politicians and activists are walking disasters. If these are the role models Democrats want to hold up for the country, no wonder regular Americans are tuning them out and voting red.
Take a look at the parade of disasters the Left presents as “men.” There’s Doug Emhoff, who made headlines for the worst reasons: personal scandals, shameful behavior, and a complete lack of the morals we should expect from someone near the top of our government. Then there’s Eric Swalwell, who was primed for a governor run in California—until accusations from multiple women, all ignored until they couldn’t be swept under the rug any longer, forced him to resign. Apparently standards don’t apply if you’re wearing a blue tie.
Then there are men like Tim Walz, Minnesota’s governor, chosen only because he made Democrats feel better about their anti-man image. He showed American men just how clueless coastal elites are. He couldn’t load a gun, play a simple game of football, or even operate a video game controller. But he sure knew how to pardon criminals. The same story plays out in Virginia, too, where Justin Fairfax, once a rising Democrat star, left his family shattered in an unspeakable tragedy—and where all those so-called “red flag” laws Democrats love to push did absolutely nothing to help his family or the families he destroyed.
The Democrats have gone all-in on the radical trans agenda, where the loudest, most unstable men not only get a pass but are often cheered as heroes. Instead of keeping women safe in bathrooms, sports, and locker rooms, they roll out the red carpet for men in wigs who issue threats and violence. Rapists, criminals, and even school shooters are quietly covered for if they claim a new identity, while innocent girls and women are left to fend for themselves and are shamed—often by men—for daring to speak up.
The disaster in Maine with Graham Platner is not some outlier. The Left thought a man with a grotesque past, Nazi tattoos, and credible abuse allegations was the perfect “working-class” hero. The reality? Platner was losing regular folks by massive margins because people who actually work hard and love their country can spot a phony a mile away. Only a Democrat staffer who’s never done an honest day’s work could think otherwise. These smug elites sip lattes in D.C. and have no clue about the real Mainers checking out groceries or driving trucks.
The truth is simple: Outside the Democrat bubble, men are not toxic. They’re strong, reliable, and far more decent than any blue check on Twitter. The real “toxic masculinity” problem lives in the Left’s ranks, where cowards, criminals, and predators are rewarded with power as long as they say the right woke slogans. Instead of fixing their own house, Democrats would rather destroy the image of the American man. Maybe if they ever bothered to talk to a real working-class guy, they’d know the difference between masculine and monstrous. Or is that just too much honesty for Washington to handle?
