Illegal Alien Shot in Houston: Liberals Rush to Defend Lawbreakers, Not Americans
Here we go again. Federal agents in Houston were forced to defend their lives when a man, who had been living in this country illegally for over thirty years, tried to use his car as a deadly weapon. ICE officers tried to take him in during a targeted operation. Instead of complying, he rammed a government vehicle and tried to run over agents in broad daylight. The agents did exactly what every American expects them to do—they defended themselves and neutralized the threat.
But don’t expect any praise for their bravery from the usual crowd. Before the facts are even in, Democrats and their leftist friends are already rushing to side with the lawbreaker. The mayor of New York City, who apparently thinks Houston is his problem now, demanded yet another “independent investigation.” What business does some NYC progressive have dictating how Texas and federal officers handle violent criminals? Absolutely none. And yet, elected Democrat officials run to social media with crocodile tears about the “immigrant family,” while ignoring the safety of the Americans who are in harm’s way every single day.
Kamala Harris, never one to miss a chance to virtue signal, joined the chorus, pretending that a repeat lawbreaker trying to run down agents is somehow the real victim. These politicians are more outraged at ICE’s self-defense than at the illegal acts putting American families in danger. Where’s the outrage when Americans are hurt or killed by those who have no business being here in the first place? Silent. Crickets. Democrats have told Angel Families face to face that they don’t have time for their stories. Apparently, defending lawbreaking non-citizens is just more important.
How much clearer does it need to be? The Left will trip over their own feet to defend someone who broke into our country and attacked officers sent to protect us. Meanwhile, Americans cry out for safety, but get lectures about “justice” for criminals. This is the sick reality created by open borders and Democrat pandering—protecting dangerous lawbreakers while demonizing the men and women risking their lives to keep our laws intact.
If liberals actually cared about justice, they’d stand with our agents and with every innocent American lost because politicians put globalist interests above their own citizens. Instead, they make a hero out of someone who turned his car into a weapon. Is anyone surprised? Maybe it’s time they answer for whose side they’re really on—because it’s clear it’s not America’s.
