For years, American leaders have let Iran walk all over us—sending diplomats to make deals, only to get slapped in the face by Iranian aggression. The latest news out of Washington shows nothing’s changed under the so-called “technical talks.” While bureaucrats keep whispering with the regime in Tehran, Iranian radicals are busy attacking cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Yet somehow, we’re supposed to believe this is all part of maintaining “peace” in the Middle East?
President Trump cut through the nonsense by making it crystal clear: the ceasefire is dead. Iran broke every promise, and the United States has finally put its foot down. For too long, Iran’s government has played games—begging for talks, then turning around and sponsoring terror against innocent civilians and American interests worldwide. Even as the bombs keep dropping, the left pushes to keep negotiations going, desperate for any “deal” that lets them claim a win on paper.
Let’s be honest, these endless conversations do nothing but buy time for Iran to keep building their nuclear plans. The only thing Iran understands is strength, not the empty words and handshakes that the elitist globalists love so much. When Iran broke the so-called agreement last month, they sent a message: they’ve got no respect for American leadership or for the rule of law. Why should they? The left bends over backwards for them every time.
Meanwhile, foreign power-brokers like Qatar rush to glue the talks back together. Why? Because the globalist crowd hates the idea of America standing up for itself. They want a world where our country is always apologizing—never leading. The radical left in D.C. seems surprised when Iran ignores their “performance-based” deals. But anyone with common sense saw this coming a mile away.
The bottom line? Iran can never be allowed to get nuclear weapons—period. Trump isn’t afraid to call out that fact while the left tiptoes around Tehran to avoid hurting anyone’s feelings. America would do well to stop pretending that more “dialogue” is the answer. When is our government going to wake up and learn that strength keeps us safe, not endless appeasement? Hasn’t history already taught us what happens when you keep trusting the bad guys?
