Conservatives are right to feel betrayed yet again by the Supreme Court’s so-called “conservative” justices. The latest disaster? Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett teamed up with the liberal wing and handed the left a win on birthright citizenship. It’s the same song and dance from the Republican side: they bend, compromise, and sell out core American values, while Democrats protect their radical agenda at all costs.
Let’s be real. When have you ever seen a liberal justice break ranks to help conservatives on an issue the Democratic Party cares about? It just doesn’t happen. The left grips its priorities with iron fists, steamrolling their will over the will of regular Americans and our founding principles. Meanwhile, Republican-appointed justices get weak-kneed and cave when the heat is on, all in the name of looking “fair” for mainstream media headlines.
Birthright citizenship has exploded into a free-for-all. Thanks to judicial cowardice, globalists, open-borders activists, and the Democrat machine will now get their way, opening the doors wider for anyone to grab a slice of American pie without respecting the laws or the nation. The elites love this scenario, because it puts America last and weakens the foundation of our society—just like they want.
Justice should not be about feelings or about pleasing the liberal mob. It’s supposed to be about defending the Constitution, defending the sovereignty of the United States, and standing firm even when the usual suspects howl “racist” or “xenophobic.” But that’s too much to ask from weak Republican justices, who seem to crave the applause of the left more than they care about the country they swore to serve.
So let’s get this straight: Democrats never, ever betray their team on major issues. They march lockstep for their cause, no matter how extreme. But on the right, our top judges just want to play nice—giving away America piece by piece. Is it naïveté, cowardice, or just wanting to be liked at Washington cocktail parties? Either way, the American people lose. And you better believe the left is laughing all the way to the border.
