This weekend, after Iran brazenly attacked a commercial ship and tried to shut down the Strait of Hormuz—a key artery for the world’s oil—America finally fired back with strikes against Iran. Somehow, it always takes a direct threat to our economy, our shipping, and our citizens before Washington finally gets its act together.
Iran’s reckless attacks on civilian ships aren’t about “defense” or some made-up grievance. This is the same evil regime that’s been funding terrorism, plotting assassinations on U.S. soil, and thumbing its nose at the free world for decades. The left keeps pretending Iran is some misunderstood boy scout. Meanwhile, they target both innocent mariners and former presidents alike. Does anyone seriously trust them at the bargaining table with John Kerry and other globalist appeasers?
What really sent a message wasn’t just the missiles—it was Trump laying down the law, warning Iran that if it even thinks about targeting him or other Americans, it’ll face consequences unlike anything it’s ever seen. That’s called leadership. Compare that to limp-wristed warnings, empty “red lines,” and years of embarrassing foreign policy from the Obama-Biden crowd, who bent over backward to please the mullahs and stuffed their pockets with billions. How’d that work out?
Of course, Iran’s state media can’t help but pump out blatant lies, claiming they killed American troops in Kuwait. CENTCOM didn’t waste any time swatting down that fiction. But mark my words: the left will still find some way to attack U.S. troops or blame America first, just like they always do. It’s the same playbook—downplay the threat, demonize our military, and hope we all forget why American strength is needed in the first place.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth the liberal elite don’t want to admit: peace comes through strength. The only language tyrants like Iran understand is force. You can’t appease bullies or beg for mercy from radicals who chant “Death to America.” Our shipping lanes must be protected, our citizens defended, and our enemies sent a crystal-clear message. Is the left finally ready to admit Trump was right all along? Or will they keep siding with America’s enemies and hoping the rest of us are too blind to notice?
