The nation just witnessed another chaotic morning at the United States Capitol. An armed man was taken into custody right at the North Barricade. Police rushed to lock the place down, scrambling to keep lawmakers and staffers out of danger. But here’s the million-dollar question: How does this even happen in what is supposed to be the most secure building in the country?
Once again, the left would rather talk your ear off about gun control and “domestic extremism” than ask the tough questions about their own lack of preparedness. These are the same politicians who grandstand about “protecting democracy,” but can’t even manage basic security at the front doors of our Capitol. All talk, no action—unless it’s about expanding their own power or targeting patriotic Americans.
This incident is yet another symptom of the rot in Washington’s so-called leadership. Liberals love their bloated bureaucracy and endless investigations—unless it means actually holding themselves accountable. Instead of focusing on real threats, they’re busy harassing law-abiding Americans, weaponizing our justice system, and destroying border security. Meanwhile, the Capitol itself keeps getting breached. Where’s the outrage then?
It’s amazing how quickly the liberal establishment points fingers at conservatives whenever something goes wrong. But when a major security gap is exposed on their watch, we get crickets. Maybe they should stop worrying about flying rainbow flags and start protecting the people’s house. America deserves leaders who actually do their jobs, not globalist politicians more interested in photo ops than keeping citizens safe.
Let’s stop pretending these security lapses are just bad luck. They are the result of years of incompetence, misplaced priorities, and radical left-wing policies. How many more wake-up calls do we need before someone steps up and takes responsibility? Or does the Capitol have to keep getting lucky just to stay safe?
