America stands alone. No other nation in history has ever promised its people the kind of freedoms that the United States Constitution guarantees. The First Amendment. The Second. The Fourth. The Fifth. These are not empty lines on a dusty old page. They are shields—strong, unbreakable, and the very foundation of real liberty. While other countries bow to kings or bureaucrats, Americans are supposed to stand free because those rights are our birthright.
But the arrogance of the global elite has no end. Now, the International Criminal Court, which is nothing but a self-important global kangaroo court, is on an outright attack against American values. The ICC thinks it has the right to dictate how America enforces its laws and who bears responsibility for defending freedom. They don’t even try to hide their contempt for American independence. That’s why it’s absolutely crucial for leaders like Trump and Rubio to take a bold stand, drawing a line in the sand and telling globalists to take their hands off our Constitution.
Let’s not sugarcoat the truth. The United States, despite its flaws, is already doing far better than the rest of the world when it comes to defending freedom. American citizens are protected in ways most people around the globe can only dream of. Why would we ever allow unelected foreign prosecutors or foreign judges to override the protections secured by our own founding fathers? It’s nothing but an insult—an attack on American sovereignty.
Liberals love to preach about “international law” and “world justice,” but time and again, they use that language to tear down American rights and hand power over to shadowy organizations across the ocean. The left wrings its hands when the Constitution stands in their way, so they try to chip away at it from the outside with help from their globalist friends. Make no mistake: the ICC isn’t just attacking American leaders—it’s gunning for the basic freedoms of every American.
No American official—or citizen—should ever have to answer to foreign courts. America answers only to the law of the land, as written in the Constitution. Patriots are sick and tired of watching liberals invite international busybodies to boss us around. Trump and Rubio have it right: Washington must fight tooth and nail to keep these foreign meddlers out of our legal system—for the sake of every American family.
