It looks like the left is at it again. An Obama-appointed judge decided to take a cheap shot at President Trump’s legal team, just to keep the anti-Trump circus rolling. The lawsuit against the IRS—already dropped—wasn’t enough for the liberals. Now, they want to punish Trump’s lawyers and make an example out of anybody daring to stand up to the deep state. For these folks, justice isn’t about fairness; it’s about weaponizing the courts against anyone who threatens their power.
Here’s the kicker: this judge claims Trump’s lawsuit was never “real” because, as president, he supposedly “controls” the IRS. Give us a break. Since when did liberals start admitting that presidents actually control these out-of-control bureaucracies? Usually, the IRS acts like its own little kingdom, untouchable and answerable to nobody—unless, of course, it’s time to go after conservatives. But when Trump tries to get a fair shake? Suddenly, it’s all his problem.
And because this judge didn’t like how the case was handled, he went all in and sent Trump’s attorneys up the river—referring them to their state bar associations for possible discipline. This is pure political theater. The left can’t win in the arena of ideas, so they rush straight to legal threats. It’s the scare tactic they always use: if you challenge the establishment, expect to be punished.
Let’s not kid ourselves. This isn’t about “ethics” or “rules.” It’s about crushing anyone who refuses to bow down to the liberal machine. If conservative lawyers can be scared into silence, what hope does any regular American have when fighting big government? The message is loud and clear from activist judges like this one: step out of line, and you’ll pay the price.
Imagine if a Trump-appointed judge had done this to Biden’s lawyers—or Hillary Clinton’s. The outrage would break the sound barrier! But when it’s a conservative under fire, the media just cheers it on. This is the left’s idea of “justice.” How much longer are we going to let Obama’s bench picks run the show?
