San Francisco used to be a city of freedom. Now, thanks to the small but noisy Bicycle Coalition, it’s a playground for rule-makers and radical activists. They fought hard for endless bike lanes—clogging up traffic, making it impossible for everyday people to get to work on time. But their victory wasn’t enough. Now they want to control how citizens even report crime.
It’s not just about cycling anymore. These activists, losing members and desperate for relevance, have turned ordinary neighbors into villains. Someone steals your bike? Better not even think about calling the police. Why? Because the woke crowd claims you might get someone hurt. Suddenly, protecting your own property is controversial. Liberals have made it dangerous just to stand up for your basic rights.
This is the kind of twisted logic that’s rotting our cities. Liberals care more about feelings than safety. Instead of focusing on stopping crime, they burden the law-abiding. They guilt-trip citizens into silence while letting criminals roam free. Honest folks can’t trust city leaders to have their backs—they’re too busy lecturing decent people about political correctness.
Meanwhile, the Bicycle Coalition and their elite buddies live above the chaos. They force new rules on everyone else, but pretend they’re crusading for “equity.” In reality, it’s just more of the same leftist nonsense—soft on crime, hard on citizens. They don’t fix the real problems. They just scold anybody who dares to speak up about them.
San Francisco is becoming a warning for the rest of America: this is what happens when activists, not grown-ups, take the wheel. When property rights are worth less than woke talking points, a city is on the road to ruin. Maybe next time your bike gets stolen, the city wants you to just thank the thief for “raising awareness.” Is this the freedom our country was built on?
