They whined, they panicked, they screamed about “world markets” as if the American taxpayer doesn’t matter.
But now, Trump has recalibrated—and it’s no surrender. The fee is off the table for now, but he’s taking a smarter approach: negotiating hard-nosed deals with Gulf nations to ensure America gets its due. This is what leadership looks like. He saw the reaction from the globalist vultures circling D.C.—cronies who want endless wars for oil and profit—and he adjusted, switching from brute force to strategic leverage. The liberal media wants you to call it a flip-flop. But real conservatives know it’s called keeping your powder dry and waiting for the right shot.
Contrast this with Biden’s endless bowing to foreign interests and the pathetic apologies from the Obama years. When Democrats run the show, American power is sold off piece by piece to the highest bidder in Brussels or some backroom in Tehran. Iran grows richer, China gets stronger, and our own middle class gets the bill. Trump, like Reagan before him, has no problem saying “America comes first”—whether the left likes it or not.
Liberals will gnash their teeth, moan about “international norms,” and clutch their pearls while ignoring the working American struggling to fill up the tank. They claim Trump’s latest move makes things “unstable”—but in fact, the only thing that’s unstable is their tired, weak-kneed foreign policy that lets enemies exploit us at every turn.
Instead of sticking with the same failed status quo, Trump is cutting deals that make sense for America—and if that ruffles a few feathers in European boardrooms or cocktail parties in Beijing, so be it. Why is it controversial to expect our so-called allies to pay their way and respect our armed forces? That’s not selfish—that’s smart.
When will liberals finally admit that what scares them isn’t Trump’s supposed “recklessness,” but that he actually gets things done for the United States? Is it any wonder they hate him? The American people see the difference: Trump fights for us, while the swamp just wants our cash and our silence.
