Instead of uniting Americans, liberals pick at every scab, lecturing visitors about slavery, erasing the greatness and vision that built our nation.

With a firm hand, President Trump made sure that government-run historic sites would actually honor this country’s legacy instead of trashing it. Any information that smeared the American people – past or present – was out. It was high time, too. No more panels that focus only on slavery when discussing George Washington, a leader who gave us freedom and independence, who made the American dream possible.
This is a long-overdue victory against decades of anti-American bias pushed by woke academics and globalist elites. For too long, liberals used taxpayer money to brainwash visitors and schoolchildren, teaching them to bow their heads in shame. Guess what? Americans know better. We don’t need to apologize for building the greatest country on Earth. Nobody is saying to ignore history, but obsessing over America’s worst moments while ignoring our triumphs is just dishonest propaganda.
Replacing these panels at Washington’s home isn’t erasing history – it’s reclaiming it. It’s about time kids visiting historic sites feel proud, not ashamed, when they walk through American landmarks. They should learn about courage, innovation, sacrifice, and what makes our country different from every failed socialist experiment the left tries to imitate. That’s the real American story, not the guilt-ridden lectures written by liberal professors.
President Trump understood that history should inspire, not demoralize. Maybe that’s what terrifies the left the most – that Americans might remember what real greatness looks like. So here’s the question liberals can’t answer: If America is so terrible, why does the whole world still dream of coming here?
