Abdul El-Sayed caught faking family roots and cashing in while preaching to Michigan voters

Abdul El-Sayed wants Michigan voters to believe he’s got deep roots in their state, going back to the 1800s. But that’s just not true—his family history is straight-up fiction. His parents came from Egypt, and the only “roots” he’s talking about belong to his stepmother’s family, whom he only lived with during his college years. Yet he’s running around Michigan trying to pretend he’s heartland born and bred. Americans aren’t fooled.

Why does El-Sayed need to cook up this bogus backstory? Maybe because he knows his radical policies and elitist attitude don’t connect with most Michiganders. Instead of being honest, he spins a fantasy about his family to score cheap political points. This is classic Democrat behavior: push identity politics and invent whatever past helps you get elected.

Let’s take a look at the rest of this family’s hypocrisy. El-Sayed’s wife runs a psychiatry practice and refuses to take Medicare or any insurance, leaving families to fork over cash up front. Apparently, the rules are different when liberals are raking it in. While lecturing everyone else on health care, they create special carve-outs for themselves and price struggling families out of help.

And this isn’t the first time El-Sayed has tried to mislead voters. He’s bragged about being a licensed doctor—while failing to mention the little detail that he’s not licensed in Michigan. He hides his left-wing record and pretends to be mainstream. The truth is, his America-hating, globalist views line up with the far-left, not with people who care about this country.

Let’s be real—when Democrats get caught lying, their only move is to point fingers or double down. Michigan deserves honest leadership, not another virtue-signaling poser. If El-Sayed will fake something as simple as his family story, what else is he willing to lie about? Maybe the better question is, how dumb does he think voters really are?
