Colorado Governor Jared Polis Jumps on the Anti-Socialist Bandwagon
It looks like even Democrats are finally waking up to the monster they created. After years of cozying up to socialist radicals, feeding their every demand, and passing extremist laws, the chickens are coming home to roost. Suddenly, Governor Jared Polis is sounding the alarm about the very socialists he’s been empowering in Colorado. Is he scared? He should be.
Socialists never stop at the opposition. History makes that clear. Once they’ve taken out their rivals, their next victims are the moderates and centrists in their own party—the very people who helped put them in power. Americans have seen this pattern play out time and time again, from socialist revolutions abroad to brutal political purges. And somehow, Democrats in this country thought they were immune. They thought that by pandering to the far-left mob, they could control it. Now, with Democratic Socialists winning races and chanting threats at mainstream Democrats, the mask is off.
Governor Polis knows exactly what’s coming, and he’s scrambling. After handing the radical left everything they asked for—dangerous legislation, attacks on our freedoms, a steady stream of woke policies—he’s finally talking tough about socialism. But one has to laugh when Democrats try to distance themselves from the disaster they caused. Polis is acting like a hero now, but he’s spent the last seven years signing off on the same extreme bills pushed by the socialists he’s warning about. You can’t set your own house on fire and then expect a medal for trying to put it out.
The left wants to talk about “fair shares” and “equity,” but what they really mean is more power for themselves—by any means necessary. The so-called “Democratic Socialists” will bully anyone who stands in their way, even fellow Democrats. They’re rabid, and they will turn on their own at the drop of a hat. If Democrats thought they could ride the socialist tiger to victory, they’re about to learn how ugly that ride can get.
This is the disaster the left has unleashed. Democrats begged for a radical base to resist President Trump. Now, they’ve got a Frankenstein’s monster on their hands—a far-left mob that won’t be satisfied until it has total control. Maybe Polis and his fellow Democrats should have thought twice before rolling out the red carpet for the socialists. Conservatives won’t be fooled: there is no moderate wing left in that party. The only question now is, which Democrat will the socialist mob come for next?
