The Democrats in Wisconsin just set a new low in political theater. Most folks have probably never even heard of Kelda Roys, but now she’s desperate to stand out in the Democrat race for governor. Her latest campaign ad is nothing short of unhinged. It’s actually called “Kill Us.” Yes, that’s right—she’s accusing Republicans of trying to murder Americans, all for the profit of health insurance companies. Only an out-of-touch leftist could dream up this kind of lunacy.
In the ad, Roys almost gets hit by an ambulance while ranting on camera, as if the dangers in America are all Republican-made. She blames conservatives for “breaking” health care. Then, predictably, she trots out her tired liberal solutions: government price controls, radical abortion policies, and throwing more taxpayer cash at mental health programs. Because apparently, big-government fixes are what Wisconsin needs to stay alive.
It’s beyond parody at this point. Democrats shriek about “tone” and “unity,” yet here they are peddling the twisted idea that their Republican neighbors want them dead. Remember, this is on top of recent incidents where Democrat staffers have been caught calling for violence against conservatives, using terms like “trans jihad” and suggesting people should “kill your local Republican.” The rot runs deep in the Democratic Party, no matter how loudly they deny it.
And the insanity doesn’t stop with Roys. Wisconsin Democrats have stooped to handing out bracelets to kids that actually ask if President Trump is dead yet. These are the same people lecturing Americans about political civility. The truth is, the left’s obsession with division and hate keeps reaching new extremes. They are the ones pushing unrest, not the GOP.
Voters in Wisconsin aren’t stupid. Roys is unlikely to win her primary. But don’t be fooled—the frontrunners, like Francesca Hong and Mandela Barnes, are just as radical. This sort of deranged messaging doesn’t disqualify you on the left—it gets you applause. When will Democrat leaders stop fanning the flames of hate and start putting American values first? Or is that not part of their agenda anymore?
