The Deep State just took another hit, and it’s about time. In Seattle, a brand new U.S. Attorney, Roger Rogoff, was axed before he even got comfortable in his chair. The Trump administration didn’t wait around for bureaucrats to do their usual song and dance. Less than an hour after he was sworn in—fired. Swift. Decisive. This is what real leadership looks like.
For years, Seattle’s so-called “justice” system has pampered criminals while shutting down anyone who dares to put the interests of law-abiding Americans first. Liberal judges, progressive prosecutors, and out-of-touch elites all pat themselves on the back as the city crumbles under their watch. When the 17 federal judges in the district lined up to unanimously install Rogoff, it raised a red flag. Of course, the liberal machine loves anyone who promises more of the same soft-on-crime policies and toothless enforcement.
Americans have had it with lawlessness running rampant in places like Seattle. The Trump administration saw right through the charade and took immediate action to protect the people—not the criminals. The Left’s idea of “justice” is letting repeat offenders walk free, pushing activists instead of prosecutors, and punishing anyone who stands in their way. Firing Rogoff minutes after he took office wasn’t just a personnel decision—it was a shot across the bow to the entire progressive establishment.
Naturally, liberals are already wringing their hands and crying foul. They can’t stand it when someone dares to interrupt their cozy club and they definitely hate it when anyone challenges their failed policies. They talk about “process” and “norms” but it’s just code for maintaining their grip on power, no matter who pays the price in the streets.
Maybe next time, the judges will think twice before rubber-stamping another activist prosecutor to coddle criminals and undermine law and order. Trump’s message could not be clearer: Americans want safety—not show trials and political theater. When will the globalist elites finally put the needs of real Americans ahead of their own woke agenda?
