Wisconsin Democrats implode as party bosses beg Crowley to block socialist takeover

The circus never ends with Wisconsin Democrats. Just when voters thought their endless infighting had reached its peak, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley charges back into the governor’s race—dragged in by party bosses terrified that their own radical wing is about to steal the show. The left hand doesn’t know what the far-left hand is doing anymore, and it’s a mess.

Let’s be clear: Democrats are in meltdown mode. In the past week, their so-called frontrunner Sara Rodriguez dropped out after her campaign’s finances crashed and burned—another reminder liberals can’t even manage their own checkbooks, let alone state budgets. Rodriguez fired her campaign manager, quit in disgrace, and left the party with two choices: let the socialists take over, or scramble to stop them. So, predictably, the puppet masters grabbed Crowley out of political retirement and threw him into the mix, hoping he can block Democratic Socialist Francesca Hong from grabbing the nomination. Why? Even Democrats know she’d get crushed in the general.

That’s the left’s favorite trick. When their “chosen ones” flop, they rip up the playbook, swap out the names, and pretend voters never had a say. Remember when they tried the same shell games in 2022 and 2024? If the will of the people gets in the way of their power, they’ll trample it. Liberals love to brag about “our democracy”—but only if democracy means picking whichever puppet they decide is most electable for the moment.

But get this: Crowley’s a walking disaster, too. Last December, Milwaukee County lost a $450 million health care contract under his watch, leaving employees and retirees without coverage. And this is the guy Democrats now call their “savior”? The hypocrisy is stunning, even for them.

Meanwhile, Republican Tom Tiffany sits calm, collected, and fully funded, with $10 million in the bank. As Democrats scramble and snipe, Tiffany actually has a plan—one that puts Wisconsin families, workers, and conservative values first. The only thing Democrats can offer is more chaos, more incompetence, and more backroom deals. If this is the best they’ve got, maybe it’s time voters ask: how many times does the left have to show us who they are before we believe them?
