DAR goes woke and patriots are furious over shocking new direction

It used to mean something to be a Daughter of the American Revolution. America-loving women, proud of their ancestors who fought for liberty, built a group that stood strong for God, country, and family. Now, that cherished society has fallen into the same trap as so many other institutions. The DAR went woke—and it’s uglier than anyone could have imagined.

Once an unwavering voice for patriotism, the DAR couldn’t resist the siren call of political correctness. Instead of promoting American heritage, they’re now bending the knee to globalist nonsense and left-wing censorship. Instead of encouraging love for our country, they seem more concerned about “inclusion” and “diversity”—as if those are more important than actually supporting America.

Liberal activists have wormed their way into leadership, pushing radical ideas that have nothing to do with the founding principles of this nation. They attack anyone who dares question their woke agenda. Try bringing up the truth about America’s founding or holding a traditional event—see how quickly you’re slapped down or accused of not being “welcoming” enough. The hypocrisy would be comical if it weren’t so infuriating.

What does all this mean for the women who actually care about patriotism? The ones who want to honor their ancestors without apologizing for American greatness are now forced to watch their organization get gutted and sold off to the highest progressive bidder. Members who raise concerns about the new direction are treated like enemies. This isn’t inclusion. It’s a takeover.

America is losing the groups that made her strong—one woke surrender at a time. If even the DAR throws away its roots to satisfy liberal bullies and globalist trends, what’s next? At some point, real patriots have to take a stand. Are we going to let every tradition get erased in the name of mindless wokeness?
