Across America, schools are failing our kids. This isn’t just a problem in the cities. The crisis is everywhere, from quiet suburbs to small towns. Students are falling behind, and the cracks are starting to show. Even colleges are feeling the pain because high school graduates arrive unprepared and overwhelmed.
The blame falls squarely on the liberal agenda that runs our education system. For years, left-wing activists and teacher unions pushed their pet projects—diversity quotas, “woke” curricula, and endless testing—while ignoring basic skills like reading, writing, and math. Kids can recite every new pronoun, but struggle with simple multiplication. Who’s to blame? It’s the same crowd that wants to give every kid a trophy, lower the bar, and pretend that hard work doesn’t matter.
Look at Darius Williams, a former teacher who broke down over the disaster in our classrooms. He couldn’t take it anymore, and who can blame him? With mountains of bureaucratic nonsense and zero accountability, good teachers are fleeing by the thousands. The result? More kids lost. More futures destroyed.
The liberal elites who run our schools aren’t sending their children to these broken institutions. They shell out for expensive private schools or exclusive prep academies—safe from the chaos they force on working families. They cry crocodile tears on TV, but never fix the real problems. Their hypocrisy is astonishing. Ordinary parents are told to “trust the experts,” while those same experts preside over failure after failure.
America used to lead the world in education. Now we churn out millions of students who can’t write a decent essay or balance a checkbook. Our global competitors are laughing while we argue about bathrooms. What happened to standards? What happened to excellence? If we don’t toss out the failed liberal playbook, America’s future is doomed to mediocrity. Are we ready to fight for real change—or will we just keep crying with Darius as our country falls apart?
