CDC trust hits rock bottom Americans fed up with mandates and hypocrisy

The CDC has a trust problem, and pretending otherwise is just burying our heads in the sand. Americans have watched for years as health “experts” flip-flopped on guidance, forced mandates down our throats, and cozied up to big pharma instead of helping ordinary families. No wonder trust in the CDC is in the gutter. Even Robert Kennedy Jr. — yes, the supposed liberal — is calling out what we all know: nobody buys what the CDC is selling anymore.

It’s not just the CDC’s fault. It’s a symptom of the bigger liberal disease. The left keeps lecturing us about “science” while using the CDC as their personal tool for control, pushing endless mandates and lockdowns. But when it comes to following their own rules, these elitists are nowhere to be found. They love rules for the little people and loopholes for themselves. Apparently, “experts” only matter when they align perfectly with the progressive agenda.

Europe seems to get it. Over there, people live without government health mandates suffocating their daily lives. They’ve proven it’s possible to inform the public and let people make their own choices. Meanwhile, the CDC and its mouthpieces act like Americans can’t be trusted to decide for themselves. Is this the land of the free, or are we living under a nanny state obsessed with micromanaging our health?

Real trust is earned, not demanded. Americans need an agency that tells the truth, admits mistakes, and serves the people — not one that hides behind bureaucracy and doubletalk. Instead, the CDC goes out of its way to shield itself and blame any pushback on “misinformation.” The only misinformation here is their endless excuses for mismanaging everything from pandemic policy to basic public health advice.

Maybe it’s time the CDC looked in the mirror, or better yet, took notes from places that respect the rights of their people. Why should we keep trusting an institution that treats Americans like children? Or are we supposed to just sit down, shut up, and obey whatever nonsense comes out of Washington this week?
