The Democratic Party loves to lecture Americans on how they’re the voice of the next generation. But when it’s time to actually show up, their followers are nowhere to be found. If their star politicians can’t even fill a small venue in liberal Austin—practically their own backyard—what’s left for these tired globalists? Civic “renewal” or whatever vague slogans they’re pushing falls flat when Gen Z sees through the empty promises and self-serving politics. Maybe young people are finally waking up to the failures of progressive policies: sky-high inflation, failing schools, open borders, and a country that feels more chaotic every day.
This disaster wasn’t just a bad look—it was a big reality check for the Democrat establishment. Kamala Harris and James Talarico can parade around on talk shows all they want, but when real participation matters, their support vanishes. America’s youth doesn’t want more government control, identity politics, or globalist agendas forced down their throats.
You have to wonder: if Democrats can’t motivate their own base with all their A-list political celebrities, how do they plan to run the country? Maybe it’s time they admit—Americans are sick and tired of hollow promises and failed leadership. The so-called progressive movement is running on empty.
