The mainstream media is at it again, twisting the facts to suit their own anti-American agenda. While Americans want secure borders and the rule of law, the left-wing press wants to turn every immigration enforcement story into a sob story to attack the Trump Administration. They sound the alarm every time ICE actually does its job, refusing to mention the real story: illegal actions have consequences, and the law is there for a reason.
Case in point, the latest media outrage comes straight out of Texas. A pair of teens – grown adults, in fact, since one is already 19 – is supposedly “left behind” when their parents are deported. The press jumps to paint ICE as criminals, hoping voters ignore the truth. They want you to believe enforcement is cruel, but they never seem to mention why these parents were detained in the first place. Was it because they broke the law by coming here illegally? The left would rather you stay in the dark.
Liberals shout about “misinformation,” yet they spread their own every time they leave out the facts. It’s not the government causing the pain here—it’s the lawbreaking itself. Actions have consequences, especially when adults make choices that put themselves and their family at risk. Americans watch as the media teaches people that rules don’t matter, as long as it fits the left’s narrative.
Meanwhile, hardworking citizens deal with the fallout. Border towns are plagued with crime, drugs, and chaos. Teachers struggle to manage overcrowded classrooms. Hospitals overflow. And every time enforcement steps in, the media tries to guilt us all into looking the other way. It’s the same tired game from globalist elites and open-borders activists: attack anyone who wants borders, smear anyone who demands accountability.
It’s time to stop letting the left define what counts as “compassion.” Law and order protect families — both American and immigrant — far more than empty virtue-signaling. If the media truly cared about kids, they’d call out illegal actions, not the officers upholding our laws. Why is it so hard for liberals to put Americans first?
