Michigan Democrats have a new favorite son, and they want everyone to know how “American” Abdul El-Sayed is. They put heartwarming photos of him with his white grandparents on TV, hoping to show he’s just like any other wholesome family man in the Midwest. But let’s pull back the curtain on the truth they don’t want you to see.
Abdul’s stepmother, Jacqueline El-Sayed, wasn’t just some ordinary American wife. She married Mohamed El-Sayed after he came to this country from abroad in the 1980s. And here’s the kicker: Abdul’s own mother worked for an organization officially designated as a terror group—a group that’s openly supported Hamas and even Osama Bin Laden. Let that sink in. While Democrats are busy trying to sell El-Sayed’s “normal” family life, there’s a history rooted in radical, anti-American sympathies just beneath the surface.
This is everything that’s wrong with the left today. They preach tolerance and unity, but they have no problem embracing far-left candidates whose own family ties reach into the darkest corners of global terrorism. Instead of coming clean about these facts, they hide them behind clever advertising and virtue-signaling about “diversity.” It’s hypocrisy at its finest, and Michigan voters deserve the whole truth.
Let’s not forget, groups that support terrorism don’t just threaten distant countries. Attacks planned and encouraged by such organizations have taken innocent American lives. Yet liberals keep brushing it all under the rug in their rush to prop up candidates who fit their favorite progressive talking points. The safety of American citizens seemingly takes a back seat to political correctness and “wokeness.”
Abdul El-Sayed may try to polish his campaign by focusing on his more appealing family connections, but the reality of his family’s past cannot be ignored. Does Michigan really want someone with those kinds of associations representing them in Washington? Wake up, America. The left’s reckless pandering could put all of us at risk.
