Senator Marco Rubio just did what every red-blooded American should do—he stood up to globalist bullies and protected our country from a kangaroo court overseas. The so-called International Criminal Court claims to speak for the world, but it’s nothing more than a sham. Of course, the United States never signed up for this nonsense, but that hasn’t stopped anti-American bureaucrats from trying to push their left-wing “justice” on us.
Rubio isn’t playing games. He slapped sanctions on the head of the ICC and one of their senior lawyers after they tried to target Americans. This is exactly the kind of backbone we need in Washington. For too long, liberal politicians have let foreign institutions walk all over our sovereignty. They love handing over our rights to unaccountable international panels because it makes them feel sophisticated, but all it does is put Americans in danger.
Only about 125 countries follow this useless court—but look who’s missing: the U.S., the world’s greatest defender of freedom. Why? Because we know this court is a plaything for global elites and dictators pretending to care about law and order. The whole idea is a joke. These so-called “justices” have no power here and never should.
Liberals love to talk about fairness and human rights, but when an unelected panel of foreigners tries to drag American soldiers or officials into their courtroom, they say nothing. Where’s the outrage from the left? Apparently, they’re too busy appeasing foreign interests to protect their own countrymen.
Rubio drew a line in the sand, making it crystal clear: the United States will never bow to the ICC or any other globalist fraud. If the left wants accountability for America, maybe they should start by holding their own politicians responsible. Until then, Americans need real leaders with the guts to fight back—not more spineless appeasers. When it comes to defending our own, which side are you on?
