While the left stirs up protests and tramples on the flag, Miguel Rojas studied for months. He didn’t whine. He didn’t demand a free pass. He rolled up his sleeves and earned the right to call himself an American. He passed the citizenship test in a country where too many born here think freedom is automatic.
Liberals like to pat themselves on the back for “diversity,” but they attack legal immigration and try to erase America’s values whenever it suits their political games. They offer empty slogans about “inclusion,” yet sneer at citizens like Rojas who actually want to join the American family the right way.
Rojas represents everything the globalists hate: hard work, patriotism, real sacrifice. He chose America—and he proved it on paper. It’s a slap in the face to those who cross the border illegally, flout our laws, and then demand freebies. Washington elites should pay attention. Maybe if they cared half as much about our country as this baseball player does, we wouldn’t be in such a mess.
Some still pretend citizenship shouldn’t matter, that America is just one country among many. But Miguel Rojas knows better. Can we blame him, when this country—his country now—still stands for freedom, dreams, and hard-won success? Maybe it’s time the anti-American crowd took notes from a proud new citizen. America actually means something, and it’s worth fighting for. Think about that the next time the anthem plays and the left looks away.
