Abdul El-Sayed fell flat on his face during the recent debate, and it’s no wonder he’s now dodging questions about foreign policy. When challenged, he didn’t just stumble—he completely unraveled. The so-called “doctor” couldn’t defend the fact that he’s never actually been a licensed physician or treated a single patient. Yet liberals expect us to trust him with the health care system? That’s not just embarrassing, it’s downright insulting to Michigan voters.
The truth is, El-Sayed’s problems go deeper than an overinflated résumé. Questions about his citizenship have been swirling for months, and instead of giving real answers, he tries to shame anyone who asks. This is classic liberal hypocrisy—when confronted with uncomfortable details, Democrats play the victim card, hoping media allies will cover for them. But voters deserve honesty, not more gaslighting from the left.
Worse still, El-Sayed is pushing a reckless Medicare for All scheme that would slam Michigan families with a $20,000 tax bill. Liberals love promising “free stuff,” but always forget to mention who’s actually footing the bill—and in this case, it’s hardworking Americans. This isn’t progress, it’s a straight-up assault on the middle class. If El-Sayed had any respect for taxpayers, he’d abandon this socialist boondoggle and start talking real solutions.
El-Sayed’s sudden discomfort with foreign policy questions isn’t a coincidence. When you can’t answer basic questions about your own background, why would anyone trust you with America’s place in the world? Maybe El-Sayed is more interested in pushing globalist priorities than putting Michigan families first. It’s the same playbook Democrats always use: distract, deflect, and hope nobody notices the disasters they’re selling.
Michigan deserves leaders who actually tell the truth. Instead, the left parades out pretenders who can’t even keep their own stories straight. Just how many lies does it take before liberal candidates are held accountable?
