The minute a shooting involves ICE and a criminal illegal alien, Mamdani’s first instinct isn’t to ask for the truth or demand justice—it’s to scream that the entire agency is “rotten” and call for it to be shut down. That’s what passes for leadership in leftist New York these days—throwing law enforcement under the bus to appease their open-borders radical pals.
This isn’t about justice or keeping Americans safe. It’s all about grandstanding for the woke crowd. Mamdani didn’t bother waiting for an investigation. Facts didn’t matter—he just charged in to demonize hardworking ICE agents. But that’s what Democrats do best: blame patriots and coddle criminals. They see ICE enforcing the law and protecting citizens, and they call it “rotten.” Meanwhile, violent criminals get the red carpet treatment in their so-called “sanctuary” cities.
Luckily, President Trump isn’t interested in playing their circus games. When Mamdani rushed to Trump with his absurd demands to abolish ICE, Trump gave him exactly what he deserved: nothing but a firm “no.” Trump doesn’t dance for these leftist politicians or let them rewrite the rules to fit their twisted agenda. He protects the law, the border, and American families—while Democrats like Mamdani trip over themselves to virtue-signal about how much they hate ICE.
Let’s be honest: the left’s crusade against ICE has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with globalist priorities. They care more about illegal aliens than about the safety of Americans. Every time a radical Democrat throws a tantrum about ICE, it becomes clearer they’d rather see chaos and lawlessness than admit the agency actually keeps us safe. They refuse to even consider the facts of an investigation if it means standing up for American sovereignty.
Americans deserve better than leaders who defend criminals and attack law enforcement. The truth is, when leftists like Mamdani call ICE “rotten,” what they really mean is they can’t stand anybody who still believes in borders, laws, and national security. Maybe the real question is: when are these progressive elites finally going to pound sand for a change?
