James Talarico wants Texans to trust him with a Senate seat, but he can’t even tell them the truth about his own disappearance. For almost two weeks, Talarico vanished from the campaign trail—right at the most critical moment of his race. His staff tried to claim he was just down with the flu. Now, the real story breaks: he was tucked away in a mental health facility.
The left loves talking about transparency—until it’s their own candidate under the microscope. Instead of honesty, they cook up cover stories, then parade him around at pop concerts the moment he’s out. Why the secrecy? Why mislead voters? If Talarico and his handlers will lie about his whereabouts, what else are they hiding from Texans? And why should anyone trust his promises if simple truth is already too much to ask?
This is just another example of liberal hypocrisy in the wild. These are the same Democrats demanding full mental health checks for the right, yet they act like their own candidate’s stay at a facility is some big secret. Meanwhile, they’re quick to launch attacks on Republican leaders, like Texas AG Ken Paxton, as soon as their man is back in public. It’s laughable—and it’s insulting to the intelligence of every voter.
Texans deserve leaders who face challenges head-on, not ones who vanish and then return with a press photo at a music show as if nothing ever happened. There’s a real question here about fitness to lead. If you can’t handle a campaign, how are you supposed to handle a Senate seat? America is facing enough threats from globalist elites and radical progressives—do we really need another fragile Democrat playing hide-and-seek with the truth?
This Senate race just got a lot clearer. When Democrats can’t even be honest about where their own hopefuls are, it’s no wonder so many Americans are turning to the GOP for strength, integrity, and real answers. Better to elect leaders who’ll fight for us—rather than ones who disappear whenever things get tough.
