Chaos broke out in Salem, Oregon this weekend, as radical leftist protesters stalked and trapped ICE officers in a parking lot. These so-called “peaceful activists” didn’t just shout slogans—they showed up armed with bats, threatening federal agents on American soil. This isn’t protest. It’s lawlessness, pure and simple.
Why do leftists feel entitled to assault our law enforcement officers? It’s not just disrespect. It’s open rebellion against any rule of law that doesn’t meet their extremist standards. These mobs have taken Portland-style chaos and are now spreading it like a virus across Oregon, hell-bent on stopping federal operations meant to keep our nation safe.
Of course, the corporate media will either ignore or sanitize this story. Can you imagine the uproar if conservatives acted this way? But when the left mobs up with weapons, Democrat politicians look the other way or, worse, egg them on. This is what happens when the radical left believes they can get away with anything—because too often, they can.
Our ICE officers put their lives on the line every day. They’re called Nazis for enforcing the law and now attacked in broad daylight. Where’s the outrage from so-called “progressive” leaders? Where are the calls for accountability? Instead, leftist politicians wring their hands over the “rights” of foreign criminals while ignoring the rights of Americans and those brave enough to serve the public.
The American people are watching this circus unfold. How much longer will hard-working citizens tolerate politicians who coddle violent radicals and punish law enforcement? The left claims moral superiority, but all they deliver is chaos, crime, and a smug sense of entitlement. It’s time to call these anarchists what they really are: enemies of order. If this is what “progress” looks like, count us out.
