Two hundred and fifty years ago, this country was saved by just twenty-five gutsy American snipers. Forget the Hollywood nonsense—this was the real deal. These men faced thousands of professional British soldiers, sitting on ships just off the American coast, guns loaded and red coats pressed. Every so-called expert told them they couldn’t win, that the mighty empire would stomp out the revolution in days. But those snipers didn’t listen, because Americans don’t bow down to royal tyrants, and we sure as hell never back down from a fight.
These patriots did the impossible. With skill, steady hands, and courage that makes today’s “keyboard warriors” look like playground children, they put the British in their place. Instead of letting the enemy march right into their homes, these men picked them off, one by one. The landing failed. The king’s soldiers went back to their boats licking their wounds, humiliated by a tiny handful of freedom-loving Americans.
Everyone loves to talk about “peaceful resistance” and “diplomatic solutions.” But history—REAL American history—is written by men and women willing to pick up a rifle and defend what’s right. Liberals love to pretend we’re all “global citizens” now. They want to erase our past, call our patriots “violent,” and turn soldiers into a dirty word. Well, guess what? Without those men with the courage to squeeze a trigger for liberty, there wouldn’t be any freedoms left for the anti-gun crowd to whine about.
This is the American spirit the left hates. The elite sneer from their coastal mansions, telling us to be “better than violence.” They forget who paid for their privilege—with sweat, sacrifice, and, yes, sometimes lead. Globalists and their media puppets want Americans weak, divided, and ashamed of our past. They want Washington’s army erased from textbooks and our heroes never named. Newsflash: the future belongs to those willing to defend it, not those who apologize for it.
Maybe it’s time to stop letting school bureaucrats teach our kids to be ashamed of their country, and start reminding them that grit and guts built America. Twenty-five snipers stood between freedom and tyranny. Today, who’s got the guts to stand up? Or are we just going to hand our legacy over to whiners, bureaucrats, and foreign interests?
