Arizona voters fight back against woke DEI programs and taxpayers say enough is enough

Arizona is finally standing up to the woke mob, and it’s about time. For too long, tax dollars in this great state have been funneled into so-called Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—better known as DEI—programs. These bureaucratic schemes claim to promote fairness. What they really do is push a divisive, left-wing agenda. Now, thanks to Proposition 142, voters get the chance to slam the door on this nonsense.

Let’s call DEI what it is: a racket for activists who want to keep their cushy taxpayer-funded jobs. These programs don’t unite people. They separate them into groups and teach kids and employees to focus on skin color instead of character. That’s not the American way. Liberals love to talk about “justice,” but their version means picking favorites and handing out special treatment—never real equality.

Liberals and global elites threaten that without DEI, workplaces and schools will fall apart. What garbage. America became great through merit, not mandates. No one needs a pile of paperwork and a bloated office staff to tell them how to treat others with respect. Arizonans know this, and that’s why Proposition 142 is catching fire all across the state.

Taxpayers are fed up. They’re finished paying for leftist indoctrination that lines the pockets of woke administrators. These are the same people who look down on Middle America while shoving their anti-American ideology into every classroom and office. They talk about “inclusion,” but if you support freedom or traditional values—good luck. You’re not invited to that party.

If Arizona tosses DEI into the trash, maybe other states will wake up and follow. The time for pandering is over. Why should anyone foot the bill for programs that mock history, punish success, and put everyone into little boxes? Arizona voters can send a powerful message: the era of tax-funded woke nonsense is coming to an end.
