New York City liberals love to act shocked when their true beliefs pop out in public. Case in point: Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s wife, Rama Duwaji, can’t keep her far-left hero worship under wraps. She was just caught again, brazenly gushing admiration for yet another so-called “artist” who spews antisemitism and violence.
This time, Duwaji’s “inspiration” is Sliman Mansour, a Palestinian artist with a disturbing track record. It’s not just bad paintings we’re talking about. Mansour openly suggests that the diary of Anne Frank—a symbol of Jewish suffering—is some kind of “Jewish forgery.” He celebrates the most evil forces in modern history, even going so far as to praise Hamas leaders as heroes and post artwork by Hitler like it’s just another day at the gallery.
Liberals like Duwaji pretend they’re just supporters of “art” or “freedom of expression,” but what they’re really backing is pure hatred. These are the same globalist socialites who gasp at the thought of “hate speech” when it comes from a MAGA rally, yet turn a blind eye—sometimes even cheer—when it’s spit out by their favorite anti-American radicals. They talk about “diversity” and “tolerance,” but their actions reveal a soft spot for anyone who trashes America or Israel.
Let’s not kid ourselves: this isn’t just about art or “different perspectives.” Celebrating someone who mocks Anne Frank, posts Nazi images, and cheers terrorism? That’s a choice. And it’s a choice that tells you exactly where their priorities lie. The left keeps telling us to watch out for “hate” in our neighborhoods, yet right in the mayor’s own home, they’re cozying up to apologists for violence.
When Democrats look the other way—or worse, celebrate—this kind of sickening hero worship, it exposes everything broken about their ideology. How many more red flags do we need before liberal leaders stop coddling these extremists? Or, maybe they just don’t care. After all, for some on the left, anti-Western hatred is the real inspiration.
