The left has built an entire religion around victimhood, treating it as a kind of golden ticket for anyone wanting more power or perks. They’re always on the hunt for the next “oppressed” group so they can cry injustice and demand that the rest of us play by their new, ever-changing rules. It’s all about creating chaos and putting their favorite groups above everyone else, no matter what the cost to real safety—especially for women.
Instead of actually making women safer, progressives have pushed their bizarre hierarchy of “intersectionality,” where politics is about stacking grievances and scoring points for whoever complains loudest. It’s never really about protecting people. It’s about building a rigged system, with endless rules designed to benefit select groups in the name of “diversity” or “inclusion.” But if you’re a regular woman just trying to live your life, the left couldn’t care less about what you face.
Take a hard look at what’s happening in shelters across the country. The left is so busy bending over backwards to appease activists that they’re gutting women’s safety. Policies meant to let biological males into spaces meant for women don’t make women safer—they put them at risk. And when those running the places bravely push back, the left attacks them as bigots, ignoring the very people shelters are supposed to protect. For liberals, the only thing that matters is who ticks enough boxes on the “oppression” checklist.
Democrats love to talk about “women’s rights” when it’s convenient, but when it comes to actually defending women from real dangers, they vanish. Instead, we get lectures about “equality” and “progress,” usually from people who never have to deal with the fallout. This isn’t just hypocrisy—it’s willful incompetence. They’ve turned women’s safety into another pawn in their endless political game.
It’s time to stop letting the left dictate whose safety matters. Women deserve security, not twisted social experiments or political games. The only true “progress” will come when American parents and citizens say enough is enough—and demand that our leaders protect women first. How many more headlines will it take before people realize the left cares more about their pet causes than the safety of our mothers, sisters, and daughters?
