Some Democrats have reached new lows in the race for Wisconsin governor, and it’s flat-out disgusting. The federal government is investigating after the campaign office for Republican Tom Tiffany received not just one, but three envelopes stuffed with what appears to be human feces. It happened in late July and again in mid-August, according to a federal search warrant—and this is the behavior the left thinks is okay?
Sending political opponents literal filth in the mail isn’t activism. It’s proof that too many on the left have lost all respect for basic decency and the American tradition of debate. Instead of winning on ideas or character, their playbook is now smearing (literally) their opponents. This isn’t just some prank. It’s hateful, it’s criminal, and it reeks of desperation.
Funny how the so-called “party of compassion” snaps when they don’t get their way. The same Democrats who preach about tolerance and democracy turn around and weaponize hate the moment a Republican dares to speak for regular people. When did “resist” turn into “throw a tantrum and mail poop”? This is childish, pathetic, and so typical of a left gone mad.
Imagine the outrage if a GOP activist pulled this stunt. Legacy media would turn it into a week-long scandal. There’d be calls for task forces and think pieces blaming “right-wing extremism.” But when Democrats cross the line, we get crickets except for a few lines in the police blotter. It’s hard to hear liberal claims of moral superiority over the sound of their hypocrisy.
Elections should be battlegrounds for ideas, not hazardous waste. Democrats know they can’t win on their record, so they resort to cheap, dirty tricks. If this is their vision for the future of politics, what does it say about their character—or their total lack of it? America deserves better than a party of sore losers who send their message in feces.
