California School Board Finally Stands Up to Woke Activists and Takes Pride Flag Down

California’s Sonoma Valley school board finally did something right—they voted to take down the Pride flag from their schools. And of course, the leftists erupted with outrage, screaming about “inclusion” and “discrimination” while completely missing the point. It’s about time a school board stood up to the woke mob and put the focus back on education, not activism.

Let’s face it: schools should be places where kids learn reading, writing, and math—not battlegrounds for political and social agendas. For years, liberals have pushed their special interest flags into every classroom, thinking that lecturing students about identity politics is more important than actual learning. The Pride flag is just one more symbol being used to divide people and push a progressive agenda in places where it doesn’t belong.

When the American flag waves over a school, it’s supposed to mean everyone is welcome. That’s what unites this country—one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. But liberals want to keep breaking kids into groups, stirring up drama over what makes us different, instead of what brings us together. It’s not inclusion—it’s indoctrination.

The globalist left wants to turn schools into laboratories for social experiments. They don’t care if academic standards nosedive or if parents get fed up. All they want is more rainbow flags, more pronouns, more distractions from the real issues facing students in California—like dismal test scores and out-of-control crime. How about fixing literacy before worrying about which flags fly?

This move by Sonoma Valley’s board isn’t “hate.” It’s about common sense and putting kids first, before agendas and loud activists. Isn’t it time we stop letting woke extremists run the show? Maybe more school boards should follow Sonoma’s lead and remember what side they’re supposed to be on—the side of American families who want their schools back.
