The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals just gave two Virginia school districts another shot at fighting the radical left’s obsession with erasing common sense from our schools. The fight is over bathroom policies—and, once again, it’s about protecting girls’ privacy and rights against progressive nonsense. For years, everyday Americans have watched with horror as liberal elites have tried to muscle their woke agendas through the school system. And now, there’s finally some hope that reason can make a comeback.
While the Trump administration made it clear: Title IX was meant to protect women. Not to turn girls’ locker rooms and bathrooms into battlegrounds for social experiments gone wild. But the far-left activist crowd keeps twisting laws to suit their agenda. They want to strip away protections for young girls and force everyone to play along with radical gender ideology—all under the empty promises of “tolerance” and “inclusion.”
What these liberals fail to grasp is simple: biology matters. Letting boys into girls’ spaces isn’t progressive—it’s dangerous and wrong. Parents have had enough of bureaucrats, activists, and judges ignoring their voices and the reality that separate bathrooms keep everyone safer. The 4th Circuit’s decision to revive these lawsuits isn’t just a win for the school districts. It’s a warning shot to every woke policymaker out there who’s tried to overrule common sense with political correctness.
While the media and activist class may wring their hands, normal families are tired of seeing their children’s safety and privacy thrown under the bus. They see these policies for what they truly are: experiments cooked up in faculty lounges and forced on Main Street America by bureaucrats who answer to globalist think tanks—not parents and taxpayers.
How many times do parents have to show up at school board meetings, begging for their kids’ rights, before the left listens? Liberals won’t stop until every last bit of tradition, privacy, and reason is wiped from the classroom. But the battle lines are drawn, and it’s time to stand tall and fight back. Are we going to keep letting unelected judges and out-of-touch activists decide what goes on in our bathrooms—or are we ready to take our schools back?
