Once again, the left is throwing a tantrum because Immigration and Customs Enforcement has refused to bow to their relentless demands. This time, Democrats are fuming over ICE’s decision to say no to automatic body cameras on agents. Apparently, liberals think endless surveillance is the answer to every problem – as long as it’s on our law enforcement officers, not on themselves.
This isn’t about “accountability.” It’s about a calculated attempt to micromanage, intimidate, and tie the hands of ICE agents who are on the front lines keeping Americans safe. Left-wing politicians have made it their mission to scrutinize every move of ICE, especially since President Trump stepped up efforts to get criminal illegal aliens out of our country. Why? Because Democrats see ICE not as protectors, but as obstacles to their open-borders agenda.
Americans are tired of these attacks on the men and women of ICE. These agents risk their lives every single day, going after gangs, drug traffickers, and dangerous criminals that the limousine liberals pretend don’t exist. Instead of supporting these brave agents, Democrats want to play political games and demand endless reports and red tape. They’re more interested in embarrassing ICE than in protecting our families.
Liberals will never admit the real reason for these body camera demands. It’s not about transparency. It’s about power. They want to control every corner of government, and ICE is high on their list because it stands for law, order, and American sovereignty. The globalist left fears nothing more than strong borders and officers who actually enforce the law.
Maybe it’s time someone asks why Democrats trust foreign lawbreakers more than American agents. Real Americans know who stands with them—and it’s not the radical left in Washington, D.C.
