It’s become painfully clear that Democrats can’t even agree on whether they stand with America’s allies. In Ohio, party activists are actually being instructed to run away from any discussion about Israel—as if defending our friends is something to be embarrassed about. Instead of standing tall and proud with Israel, these liberal operatives are told to dodge questions “like the plague.” Why? Because the left can’t decide if they hate America more or if they just hate the idea of loyalty and honesty.
This isn’t mere incompetence. It’s a complete meltdown of what little integrity remained in the Democratic Party. When asked tough questions by voters, these activists are getting coached to make up answers. Lying is now part of the playbook. If you’re a Democrat politician these days, you don’t tell the truth—you tell people whatever gets them off your back. For a group that loves to lecture the rest of us about “democracy” and “morals,” they sure spend a lot of time hiding what they really believe.
The reason is obvious: the Democrats are totally split on Israel. On one side, you have the radical, anti-American wing that loves to bash our allies and undermine our interests. On the other, you have the professional liars who are too scared to admit they agree, so they hide behind scripted talking points. Not a single one of them has the guts to come clean with Ohio voters about where the party really stands.
This is bigger than just political cowardice. This is about American values. If you can’t even say whether or not you stand with Israel—one of our closest allies in a dangerous world—how can voters trust you on anything else? Democrats want to sweep the truth under the rug, all while pretending they’re the party of honesty and transparency. Voters deserve real answers, not made-up stories cooked up behind closed doors.
So what’s next? Will Democrats start dodging questions about the border, the economy, or China the next time things get “divisive?” Oh wait—they already do. The sad reality is, if you want straight talk and real leadership, you’ll find it on the right—not with the left’s shell game of lies and silence.
