Yes, you read that right. In today’s America, the so-called champions of “tolerance” are the first ones to slam the door on Christian kids, all while handing the red carpet treatment to every other special interest group.
This is exactly what happened in Everett, where school bureaucrats decided their job was to stamp out Bible clubs instead of educating kids. They faced a harsh reality check from federal court this spring, reminding them that freedom of religion is still the law of the land—not a quaint relic for the history books. The court’s decision sent shockwaves through every leftist school official who thinks stamping out Christian values is part of their daily routine.
Now, after getting spanked in court, the district has to pay big money and sit through “religious liberty training”—a fancy way of saying the woke school board needs a lesson in basic American values. Let that sink in. Officials who run our children’s education system need outside lawyers to explain the First Amendment to them! This is the kind of incompetence that runs rampant when the left takes a heavy hand in education. If the school tried anything like this with another religion or one of the left’s favored groups, there’d be outrage in the streets.
Of course, it doesn’t stop at money and training. Everett Public Schools now has to change its policies so the next group of Christian kids isn’t silenced for daring to bring their faith into the public square. You have to ask: Why is it always the Christian students fighting for equal treatment? Why is it every other worldview gets catered to, but the minute someone opens a Bible, the hammer drops?
It’s clear as day—there’s a coordinated effort among woke bureaucrats to erase America’s Christian roots, one school policy at a time. They want students confused, divided, and spiritually empty. But ordinary Americans aren’t fooled. The law is finally waking up to the left’s anti-Christian crusade. Maybe, just maybe, more school districts will learn a hard lesson: you can’t trample on faith in this country and walk away smiling.
School boards would do well to remember—there’s nothing more American than freedom of religion. If it takes slapping them with a six-figure bill and dragging them through court, so be it. Maybe next time, they’ll remember the Constitution before they chase Christian students out the door.
