NCAA sues Ohio governor for protecting students and liberals are furious states are fighting back

The NCAA just can’t help itself—it wants to boss around every state in America, even when parents, students, and schools know better. Now, it’s going after Ohio’s Republican governor for daring to put kids first. Governor DeWine signed an executive order that stops the NCAA’s overreaching new eligibility rule dead in its tracks. He made it clear: Ohio’s colleges and universities get to choose what’s best for their own athletes. The class of 2022 won’t see their dreams crushed by another heartless regulation.

But the NCAA is suing. Why? Because they hate losing control. These elitist bureaucrats in their fancy conference rooms think they know more than the parents and teachers in Ohio. It’s the same song and dance we’ve seen from liberal organizations for years—always demanding more power, more restrictions, more say over local decisions.

This is about freedom versus control. Conservatives believe in empowering families and communities. The left, along with shady globalist interests, trusts faceless organizations—like the NCAA—to make our choices for us. Ohio’s governor isn’t afraid to push back. He’s standing up for students—something the left only pretends to care about when it fits their narrative.

Just imagine the hypocrisy. The NCAA preaches about fairness and opportunity, but the moment a state gives more students a shot at competing, they throw a tantrum. Liberals scream about “equity,” but here they are, trying to rob kids of their chance to play—simply because a Republican had the courage to do what’s right.

Why can’t liberals ever let Americans decide what’s best for themselves? Maybe because, deep down, they’re afraid people might actually thrive without their rules. The Buckeye State is fighting back, and it’s about time someone stood up to these unelected bullies. How long will we allow the NCAA and their leftist cheerleaders to trample on American families?
