Why is Iran falling apart? Thank President Biden’s Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent. While the liberal media loves to complain every time America gets tough, Bessent has been twisting the economic screws with ruthless determination. And guess what? It’s working. Iran’s money is worthless, and the regime’s power is crumbling. The bigwigs in Tehran probably have their secret stashes and escape plans ready, but the everyday folks—those left holding worthless rials—are the ones paying the price for their leaders’ arrogance and hatred of freedom.
It’s no secret that Iran’s leaders never cared about their own people. These tyrants have spent years threatening to choke off the world’s energy supply, thinking they could strong-arm the West into letting them do as they please. Liberals in Washington and Brussels sat back, twiddled their thumbs, and even tried to ease up on sanctions, hoping Iran would magically become a responsible member of the world community. What a joke. All that hug-it-out diplomacy did was buy Iran more time to plot and fail, again and again.
Meanwhile, globalists wring their hands every time the free world pushes back. They claim American strength is “provocative.” What they really mean is they don’t want anyone standing up to tyrants and bullies—because it might mess up their cozy international deals. But real Americans know weakness never brings peace. It only encourages dictators and terrorists to keep swinging. Letting Iran walk all over us would be a disaster for America, our allies, and anyone who values liberty.
So, what’s the result of standing firm? Iran’s attacks don’t even make a dent. Their military is exposed as incompetent and overhyped. Their economy is wrecked, their leaders are cornered, and their once-feared threats now sound like the pitiful whining of losers. Maybe it’s time for the left to admit what conservatives have known all along: peace comes from strength, not from empty speeches and spineless appeasement.
