There’s no limit to how far left-wing ideologues will go in the state of Washington. Just when you think the nonsense has peaked, someone finds a new way to put woke politics over common sense. Now, it’s the kids who have to pay the price. The state superintendent is running around defending boys joining girls’ sports teams—and he’s using a bunch of woke double-speak that would make even Kamala Harris roll her eyes.
The people in charge want us to believe a biological boy competing against girls is “fairness” and “diversity.” That’s an insult to every young woman who sweats on the court, practices after school, and dreams of winning on her own merit. Liberals like this superintendent don’t care about real opportunities for girls; their only interest is in looking virtuous to their progressive friends. They call it “inclusion,” but what it really does is exclude girls from their own sports.
This is the same kind of twisted logic we see from the White House these days. Say the most obviously ridiculous thing, but use enough phony buzzwords and academic mumbo-jumbo to make it sound deep. Pretty soon, up is down and right is wrong. Parents speak out, but the woke mob in blue-state government just plugs its ears and shouts “tolerance.” Tolerance for everyone—except girls who want fair competition.
Let’s be honest. This isn’t about kids, fairness, or “equity.” It’s about crushing traditional values and replacing them with the latest globalist fads. The so-called experts and bureaucrats are so desperate to please their activist donors that they’ll throw centuries of women’s progress right out the window. Meanwhile, girls who work hard and play by the rules just get sidelined, all so state leaders can pat themselves on the back.
Washington’s government has made it clear: real equality doesn’t matter. It’s far more important to look woke than to protect basic decency. How much longer are parents supposed to play along with this charade—and at what cost to their daughters?
