Another American hero has died—this time not on foreign soil, but right here at home, in front of a crowd that was supposed to be celebrating the best of what our nation stands for. During a pregame demonstration at the University of Texas at San Antonio football game against Navy, an Air Force service member fell and tragically lost his life. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that while politicians and left-wing elites obsess over “equity” and the latest woke narrative, the men and women who actually defend this country pay the real price.
This wasn’t some Hollywood stunt or fancy PR trick. This was a showcase of American strength, discipline, and the courage it takes to wear the uniform—values fading fast under the current wave of liberal feel-good nonsense. While college campuses continue to worship so-called “diversity” and chase after globalist, anti-American ideals, those who risk everything for our flag are treated like background noise. Where’s the media outrage? Where’s the wall-to-wall coverage highlighting the sacrifice made by this young airman?
Instead, Americans are bombarded 24/7 with garbage news cycles about TikTok activists, rainbow flags, and the latest pronoun drama. One of our own has died in a public demonstration—serving, showing his nation what honor looks like, and yet, crickets from the mainstream. Apparently, real heroism doesn’t fit the liberal narrative unless it checks the right identity boxes.
Let’s be brutally honest: it’s become far too easy for the left to ignore genuine patriotism in favor of performative activism. The Alamodome should have been roaring with tributes for this fallen warrior. Instead, the silence is deafening, exposing just how much America’s priorities have been hijacked by those eager to erase the traditions that once made us the envy of the world.
Who in Washington really stands for our troops these days? Or have they all sold out to the latest globalist craze, too distracted by political games to care about the blood, sweat, and tears given by real Americans—on the field or the battlefield? If paying the ultimate price for this country doesn’t get you honored anymore, what does?
