Violence ripped through Columbus, Ohio again as a deadly shooting near a mosque left one person dead and another wounded in broad daylight. Yet another afternoon marred by senseless bloodshed on American streets, while our so-called leaders keep pretending everything is just fine. How many more communities need to be shattered before liberals quit with their empty promises and failed policies?
It’s outrageous to see places of worship and neighborhoods alike turned into battlegrounds, all because the Left refuses to get tough on crime. Democrats are quick to lecture regular, law-abiding citizens about guns and morality—but when chaos like this erupts just steps from a mosque, suddenly they’re silent. Where are their calls for justice now? Where is their concern for safety when it doesn’t fit their narrative?
The truth is, this country is suffering from a breakdown in values, order, and respect for law enforcement. Progressive politicians have spent years weakening police, coddling criminals, and ignoring the basic need for secure streets. You can’t keep blaming everyone except the people pulling the triggers, or the politicians tying law enforcement’s hands. Liberals would rather scold hard-working Americans than actually confront the thugs terrorizing our communities.
It’s no surprise that as crime rises, George Soros-backed DAs keep letting violent offenders walk free, all in the name of “social justice.” Who are they protecting—families trying to worship in peace, or the lawless few intent on destruction? The American people are sick of this two-faced game. The families in Columbus, and cities like it, deserve better.
If Democrats truly cared about safety, they wouldn’t spend so much time attacking the Second Amendment and so little time cleaning up their own mess. At what point will they stand up for the innocent, instead of covering for the criminals? Maybe when their own failed policies come knocking on their doors, they’ll finally wake up.
