Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is at it again, making excuses and tossing softball defenses for the city’s Somali community—never mind the mountain of taxpayer dollars that have vanished in scandal after scandal. Instead of holding criminals accountable, Frey likes to play the blame game, pointing his finger at hardworking citizens and claiming everyone’s just jealous of Somali “entrepreneurship.” Give me a break.
Let’s talk facts. Billions have been funneled out of Minnesota thanks to fraudsters embedded in so-called “community programs.” And where’s Frey? Nowhere near the actual problem. Instead, he attacks ICE and panders to illegal aliens, making sure his favorite voting bloc feels protected—even while law-abiding Minnesotans foot the bill. This is not leadership. This is dereliction of duty.
Liberals love to toss around words like “diversity” and “progress.” But when public safety and taxpayer funds are at stake, those slogans sound more like a cruel joke than a serious plan. The left doesn’t want accountability or borders. They want open wallets for anyone who can work the system, and Jacob Frey is the poster child for this spineless approach.
While Minnesota families struggle to pay their bills and keep safe streets, Frey’s priority is coddling the very groups that have taken the state for a ride. His refusal to call out crime—or even admit there’s a problem—is a slap in the face to every single resident who actually plays by the rules. Why are lawbreakers treated like heroes and citizens treated like villains?
It’s time for real leadership in Minneapolis—leaders who will stand up to criminals and protect the people who actually built this country. Enough with the weak apologies and empty talking points. Jacob Frey and his friends on the left need to answer for their total failure. Or maybe that’s too much to ask from a mayor whose first loyalty isn’t to Minnesotans, but to globalist interests and political correctness. When will the real joke stop—and when will Minneapolis get serious about justice?
