California’s war against common sense has been smacked down—again. Gavin Newsom, California’s celebrity governor, thought he could play king and order federal immigration agents to sit on their hands. He tried to block ICE from doing its job, wrapping his radical agenda in yet another feel-good, dishonest bill. But this time, even the famously liberal Ninth Circuit wasn’t buying the nonsense.
The so-called “No Vigilantes Act” was nothing but a sham to pander to the open-borders crowd. It aimed to muzzle federal law enforcement. Newsom and his Sacramento lackeys acted like ICE agents are the bad guys instead of the criminals pouring in from the border. California politicians go out of their way to protect illegal immigrants, but can never seem to find the time to defend American citizens. Whose side are they on? Certainly not families struggling to stay safe.
Three judges—none of them known for being conservative warriors—unanimously slapped down Newsom’s scheme. What does that tell you? Even the activist courts couldn’t stomach California’s latest act of lawless virtue-signaling. That’s how far left Newsom has drifted. He’s shown the world his hunger for power trumps the rule of law if it means pleasing his radical base.
Let’s be clear: Handcuffing ICE is not about compassion, it’s about control. Newsom and his globalist friends want chaos at the border because they think it’ll lead to permanent one-party rule. They’d rather hand the keys of our country to illegal migrants than give conservatives even a fighting chance. Their priorities are sickening—protect criminals, punish patriots, and attack anyone who stands up for law and order.
How many more times do Americans have to watch left-wing leaders run roughshod over the Constitution? When even the most liberal courts can’t stomach your anti-ICE stunts, it’s time to wake up. Newsom’s radical scene just got a reality check. When will California’s leaders realize: real Americans are watching—and we’ve had enough.
