Busted for Corruption Virginia Democrat Instantly Plays Victim and Blames Everyone Else

If there’s one thing Democrats love more than spending your tax dollars, it’s playing the victim—no matter how outrageous the situation. Just look at Virginia state Senator Louise Lucas. The moment she got busted on corruption charges, did she admit any fault or show a shred of humility? Not a chance. Instead, she whipped out every victim card in the deck.

Lucas couldn’t even wait for the ink to dry on her arrest report before crying foul and blaming everyone but herself. According to her, she’s being unfairly targeted. She wants us to believe she’s the innocent hero battling a system rigged by the “evil” other side. This is straight out of the tired Democrat playbook: when in trouble, whine about oppression and point fingers anywhere but the mirror.

Don’t forget, Lucas is no rookie to this “poor me” act. The left loves to claim moral high ground while ducking personal responsibility at every turn. Liberals act as if they can never be held accountable—if you even try, you’re somehow an enemy of justice or worse. They lecture us about fairness while twisting the facts until they snap. How many times have we watched Democrat leaders, when caught red-handed, start wailing about being “singled out” instead of facing the music?

Let’s be real—these charges are serious. But Lucas and her cheerleaders are more interested in spinning the narrative than answering to the people they’re supposed to serve. The globalists and their media lackeys can try to shield their political pals all they want, but regular Americans can see right through this circus. If a conservative pulled a stunt like this, you know the left would be foaming at the mouth, demanding a public flogging.

Lucas’s shameless performance isn’t just an embarrassment for Virginia, it’s a perfect example of everything wrong with today’s Democrat party: all drama, no substance. Liberals would rather kick and scream about imaginary persecution than take responsibility for their corruption. Maybe next time, instead of playing the victim, Louise Lucas should try playing by the rules.
