Democrats are running scared, and it’s plain for everyone to see. The left is scrambling to save Ilhan Omar as she finds herself deep in political hot water. Instead of letting the chips fall where they may, they call in the big guns—none other than Barack Obama—to swoop down and do some damage control. When Democrats feel the heat, their number one reflex is to change the subject and play the victim card.
Obama swoops in and calls any investigation into Omar “appalling.” Seriously? Apparently, liberals think no one should look into one of their own, even when serious questions are circling. All the while, couldn’t care less when conservative officials get run through the mud. The double standard is outrageous, and Americans are waking up to it.
The left loves to pretend Omar is just a “law-abiding elected official” who is only being targeted because she dared to criticize the right. Give me a break. That tired playbook won’t work anymore. Conservatives know it’s about accountability, not identity politics. When anyone else is under investigation, the Democrats want more, more, more—unless it’s one of their globalist favorites.
Regular Americans aren’t falling for this charade. They see the desperate stunts. Liberals keep using race, gender, and victimhood as shields for their own failures. It’s classic hypocrisy. When Omar is in trouble, suddenly any investigation is called “racist” or “unjust.” But when conservative voices are targeted, it’s business as usual. The double standards and anti-American bias are sickening.
The Democratic Party only protects its own—no matter how shady things look—so long as they peddle the right anti-Trump, anti-America talking points. If they had real confidence in Omar, they wouldn’t need Obama swooping in from above. What are they so afraid of? Maybe the truth scares them more than they’re willing to admit.
